State of Ohio MMA
We are an authorized contractor with the State of Ohio. Our Master Maintenance Agreement makes it easy for State Agencies, Local Municipalities and School District to work with and purchase services from The Smith & Oby Service Company.
STAR Certified
The Smith & Oby Service Company is soon to be recognized as a MSCA STAR certified contractor. Awarded by the mechanical industry, the STAR certification demonstrates not only our technicians' breadth of knowledge, but the commitment of our entire organization to outstanding quality and customer service. GPS
Each of our service vehicles has an on board Global Positioning System. This enables us to dispatch the service technician who is not only available, but closest. While this is important for every service call we know that minutes count in an emergency.
Safety
All of our staff and an increasing number of our field technicians have completed the 30-hr. OSHA Safety Training Course. Working safely is the #1 requirement of our business.
