Currently Seeking: 

 HVAC Piping & Sheet Metal Estimator

Qualifications:  Minimum of 7 years estimating experience in the mechanical contracting industry. Proficient in Excel and in working with computer estimating programs, ideally Quickpen. Professionalism and a "Can Do" attitude required.

Responsibilities: Attend pre-bid meetings and site walk-throughs; Prepare estimates accurately and efficiently; Present estimates to CEO, COO and Chief Estimator in clear and accurate detail; Develop relationships with subcontractors and vendors; Follow up on estimates with owners, construction managers and general contractors; Prepare budgets for awarded projects.
